Built a simple, effective real estate project website for a family member’s business using Google Sites.
This included planning page layout and making sure the new site was properly connected to a custom domain name.
App Store – iMessage Sticker Packs
Created and published custom sticker packs for iMessage on iOS.
Before starting out in digital design, I worked in property development company as an administrator in the sales and marketing division, and later transitioned into commercial real estate as a senior negotiator.

Assist purchasers throughout the entire process of completing the sale and securing end-financing

Liaise with consultants, project management, lawyers and loan financier

Managing property owners' portfolios

Assisting prospective tenants on business expansion
Buying and renting of commercial offices and shops
Liaise with lawyers and bankers

These roles taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and plan effectively—skills that now shape how I build digital spaces with clarity, flow, and structure.
